The Mustang P-51 is a 1/16 scale, SAM qualified, flying model that uses the Precision Beam method of construction. Kit includes a vacuum-formed canopy. Modelcraft. The P-51 airframe & Rolls Royce Merlin engine could out-fly anything in the sky during WWII. It was used as a bomber escort making possible the deep bombing raids of 1944.
This free flight rubber powered kit contains a full-size plan, building instructions, printed balsa wood, balsa stripwood, rubber motor, propeller, nose package, decals, vacuum-formed canopy, wheels, landing gear, and Easy Built Lite colored tissue. You will need a building board, pins, hobby knife, sandpaper, and glue.
