The FF-25 Spitfire is a 1/18 scale, flying model that uses the Box and Former method of construction. 1942. Society of Antique Modelers qualified. This vintage model of one of the most famous and beautiful aircraft of the WWII era is an exciting challenge to build and rewarding to fly.
The Spitfire, with eight machine guns and a top speed of 355 miles per hour, was extremely maneuverable, even at high altitude. It is probably the most famous British fighter aircraft of the WWII era.
This free flight rubber powered kit contains a full-size plan, building instructions, printed balsa wood, balsa stripwood, rubber motor, propeller, nose package, clear plastic for the windshield, wheels, landing gear, and Easy Built Lite colored tissue. You will need a building board, pins, hobby knife, sandpaper, and glue.
