The Miles Mohawk, Society of Antique Modelers qualified plane using the Box and Former method of building. This kit is a 1/21 scale model of the original Mohawk built to the specifications of Charles Lindbergh by F. G. Miles in 1936-37. Only one aircraft was ever completed, built at Woodley in 1936 to Col. Charles Lindbergh’s specifications. It was used by Lindbergh and his wife for inter-capital travel throughout Europe in 1937. Registration # G-AEKW. Currently located in the United Kingdom at the RAF Museum which plans to restore the aircraft. A second airframe of the M.12 was begun but never completed.
