The D-11 Bleriot X1 is a 1/20 scale museum display model of the French pioneer aircraft.
French aviator, builder, and aircraft designer Louis Bleriot made the first flight across the English Channel in his Bleriot XI on July 25, 1909. This kit is qualified for the Society of Antique Modelers events.
This display kit contains a full-size rolled plan, building instructions, printed balsa wood, hand-picked balsa stripwood, dowels, wire, and Easy Built Lite colored tissue. You will need a building board, pins, hobby knife, sandpaper, and glue. The builder determines the level of detail for this model and may need to supply additional materials.
