KIT # 45 THE MITSUBISHI Ki-30 ANN.
The Ann served in many of the bomber units
in
China
. Some were encountered in the early Philippine campaigns in support of the
Japanese Army’s occupation of the
Philippines
. In early 1942 surviving aircraft of this type were relegated to training
units. A few Anns were used by the Royal Thai Air Force against the French.
Total production was just over 700 aircraft between 1937 and 1941.Our model is
in 1/24 scale, with a 23.89” wingspan. Our design is modified from Nate
Sturman’s original design based on new reference information and modifications
for kitting. The kit includes all the usual good stuff Diels’ kits are known
for, including, printed plans with complete instructions, printwood, stripwood,
color decals, Japanese tissue, plastic prop and hardware, rubber, and molded
plastic canopy.
