The easiest, most efficient, and best way to place an order with Penn Valley Hobby Center is by phone. Payment of phone orders may be made with Visa, Mastercard or Discover card. When calling in your order, please be sure to have all of the information regarding the items you wish to order ready. Also, have your credit card information at hand.

Fax Orders - (215) 855-3976
You can place a fax order to Penn Valley Hobby Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When placing an order by fax, please use our online order form. Print out the order form and use it to fill in the necessary information for the items you want to order. Be sure to fill out the order form completely so that we can process your order as efficiently as possible.

Email Orders
You can order by email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When ordering by email, please be sure to include:
~ your name
~ your shipping address
~ your daytime and evening phone number
~ your credit card, account number and expiration date
~ quantity of item you are ordering
~ manufacturer's code, P/N, and a brief description of the item
~ if item is out of stock, do you want it backordered

Mail Orders
To place an order by mail, please print out our online order form and use it to enter all of your ordering information. Be sure to fill out the order form completely so that we can process your order as efficiently as possible.

Shipping
Shipping and handling charges are: UPS $6.00, Postal continental 48 States, Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and Foreign, $1.50 PLUS ACTUAL postage Fee. Overnight and 2nd Day Air is $1.50  PLUS ACTUAL (UPS or Postal Fee). All orders will be shipped UPS unless specified Postal. Send check or money order made payable to Penn Valley Hobby Center. For VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card purchases, be sure to include card number and expiration date. All orders subject to availability at time of order.
