came out with the Rtan PT-21 Recruit. This model is from our control-line sport
scale series. It was designed and drawn by Frank W. Beatty in 1999. John built
this kit from Frank's plans and entered it in the 1999 Nats at Muncie. This was
the first time John entered in the Nats
and was able to take 6th place overall.
